Channel 4 has confirmed the full cast for the seventh series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, launching 3rd August and airing Sundays and Mondays in prime time.
Contestants will face gruelling quasi‑military training under Chief Instructor Mark “Billy” Billingham and his Directing Staff, filmed in Morocco for the first time
The season brings together 14 celebrities from various fields:
- Troy Deeney and Adebayo Akinfenwa – former professional footballers
- Conor Benn – professional boxer
- Tasha Ghouri, Chloe Burrows, and Adam Collard – Love Island alumni
- Hannah Spearritt – member of S Club 7
- Lady Leshurr – rapper and performer
- Louie Spence – dancer and TV personality
- Bimini – drag artist and DJ
- Lucy Spraggan – singer-songwriter
- Rebecca Loos – TV personality and wellness influencer

Over the course of eight intense weeks, this year’s celebrity line-up will face a series of demanding challenges as they attempt to make it through the gruelling SAS selection process. Many participate with distinct motivations—from overcoming personal barriers to reshaping public perception.
They’ll be aiming to match the success of last year’s finalists – Love Island’s Georgia Harrison and pro boxer Lani Daniels – who proved they had the resilience to go the distance.
Why This Season Stands Out
With renewed focus on high-profile creators and strategic casting decisions, this series reflects evolving trends in celebrity media:
- Diversity of formats and platforms: Contestants span TikTok, radio, reality TV, and music, illustrating the blurred lines within today’s creator economy.
- Mental resilience as narrative: Several participants have cited overcoming trauma or stigma as motivations—providing deeper storytelling angles beyond physical challenges.
- Creator agency in reality programming: Seeing Instagram influencers and musicians take on physical roles underscores how talent representation is expanding beyond old mainstream roles.
