An international talent agency is looking for a Creator Talent Manager in Los Angeles to build and grow a creator roster. If you have an established network and experience securing brand partnerships, this is an opportunity to take ownership of talent strategy while earning $85k–$115k plus commission.

For someone with an established creator network, this LA-based opportunity offers the chance to grow a diverse roster and secure serious commercial partnerships.

We’re highlighting a Creator Talent Manager position at an international talent agency in Los Angeles – a role that gives you real autonomy to build and manage a roster of multi-vertical talent.

If you’ve spent the last few years signing creators and closing brand deals, this is the move. You’ll take full ownership of roster development, from identifying emerging talent to negotiating six-figure partnerships with major brands, agencies and platforms.

The agency is looking for someone who already brings an established roster or a strong network of creators they’d want to sign. You’ll develop long-term strategies for each creator, pitch them proactively to commercial partners, and manage the full deal cycle from negotiation through delivery.

You’ll be hunting for opportunities across entertainment, fashion, comedy, lifestyle and parenting verticals. You’ll spot emerging talent. You’ll build relationships with brand decision-makers. You’ll own the pipeline, the deals, and the growth. The right person will have serious commercial instincts, a proven track record of closing partnerships, and the entrepreneurial energy to scale a roster from day one.
