Global talent agency DBA has officially launched its newest office in Hungary, marking a major milestone in its mission to deliver truly international representation for talent.
With headquarters in London and additional offices in the U.S., Italy, and France, DBA Hungary becomes the agency’s fifth international location, and the first of its kind in Eastern Europe.
What sets DBA apart is its collective approach to talent management. Rather than siloing representation by region, DBA promotes all of its talent across every office.
This means an actor based in Budapest could be cast in a production in Paris or LA just as easily as a local hire, something that has already led to countless cross-border success stories for the agency’s roster.
Over the past decade, Hungary has become a booming hub for international productions, thanks to its world-class studios, historic architecture, and generous tax incentives.
Major films and series continue to choose Budapest as a backdrop, and DBA is aiming to ensure that local talent can fully benefit from this momentum.
The opening of our Hungary office carries a very special pride for us. Hungary, more than any other Eastern European country, has seen an incredible surge of international productions over the past decade, thanks to its top-tier studios, facilities, and the beautiful cities that make it such a prime filming location.
With nearly 100 Hungary-based talents already signed, including multilingual actor Nick Wittman, who played a key role in establishing the Budapest office, DBA Hungary is quickly building a strong foundation.
The agency is now working closely with local casting directors and production companies to set new standards in professional representation.
Our goal is to ensure that talents in Hungary have access to professional representation, fair fees, and the best engagement conditions the industry has to offer.
As the first international agency to establish a permanent base in Hungary, DBA is leading the way in reshaping how talent in the region is discovered, developed, and cast.
And with strong collaboration already underway, the agency is confident this is just the beginning of a new era for Hungary’s creative talent on the world stage.
