The Opportunity: A dynamic, well-known talent agency is hiring an experienced Digital Talent Manager to manage a select roster of digital-first talent across Gen Z, fashion and lifestyle.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who wants to do more than manage day-to-day relationships. You’ll oversee the careers of 4–6 creators, securing brand partnerships and building wider commercial opportunities across broadcast, podcasts, events and IP.
Why This Role Stands Out
The best talent managers don’t always have the biggest rosters. They know their talent well, spot the right opportunities and build strategies that move careers forward.
That idea is at the centre of this role.
You won’t be working at high volume. You’ll look after a small, carefully chosen roster and build a career strategy for each person. You’ll secure and negotiate brand partnerships, then look further ahead at broadcast, podcasting, events and wider IP.
Brand deals are part of the job, but the bigger aim is long-term growth. You’ll help each creator reach beyond their current audience, find new ways to earn and build partnerships that support their ambitions. You’ll also scout and sign new talent, both emerging and established, and help shape the agency’s wider commercial strategy.
The Role
- Manage and develop a roster of 4–6 digital-first creators
- Secure and negotiate brand partnerships and commercial opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with brands, agencies and industry contacts
- Develop individual career strategies tailored to each talent
- Explore opportunities across broadcast, podcasts, events and wider IP
- Manage campaigns from first enquiry and negotiation through to delivery
- Proactively scout and sign emerging and established talent
- Support roster growth and contribute to the agency’s wider commercial strategy
The Ideal Candidate
- At least four years’ talent management experience within a reputable agency
- A proven track record of managing and commercially developing talent across digital and beyond
- Strong experience scouting and signing emerging and established creators
- Excellent relationships across brands, agencies and the wider creator industry
- Commercially minded, strategic and confident negotiating deals
- Ambitious, proactive and passionate about building long-term talent careers
The Numbers
- Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 DOE
- Commission: Performance-based, tied to deals closed and revenue generated
- Working pattern: Hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Why Now?
The creator economy has grown up, especially in Gen Z, fashion and lifestyle, where audiences move fast and brands expect more. Viral moments aren’t enough anymore. Creators need professional management from people who understand commercial strategy, earning from more than one source and long-term positioning.
This agency treats talent management as a strategy practice, not a transaction business. If you want to move from managing creators to building creator careers with real longevity, this role deserves a serious look.
