In an industry defined by short-term deals, and a relentless focus on reach over
longevity, a new firm is making a deliberate bet on something different. Glossary Artists,
which officially launched in March 2026, is an independent, women-led talent
management agency with offices in Los Angeles and Miami – and a founding team that
has collectively spent decades at some of the biggest names in the business.
The six managing partners behind Glossary โ Vanessa DelMuro, Kimberly Duman,
Amanda Erwin, Haley Henning, Amber Howard, and Deanna Ritter โ bring experience
spanning TalentX Entertainment, YMU Group, Gersh, IMG, the NFL, StyleHaul,
Edelman, Live Nation, and Machinima. Theyโre launching Glossary because they believe
the industry needs something it doesnโt yet have enough of: a boutique, creator-first
firm built for the long game.
A New Formula for Talent Management
Managing Director Deanna Ritter, who previously held senior roles at Be Social and
YMU Group, describes the vision plainly. The firm is designed to give managers the
freedom to innovate, and to create meaningful opportunities for the clients they
represent.
Glossary Artists represents a new formula for talent management. One where
โ Deanna Ritter, Managing Director, Glossary Artists
we intentionally build an environment that supports our managers, giving them
the freedom to innovate and create meaningful opportunities for the clients they
represent.
Managing Partner Vanessa DelMuro, a veteran with over two decades of experience
including stints as Managing Director at TalentX, Head of U.S. Social at YMU
Entertainment, SVP of Global Talent at StyleHaul, and VP at Edelmanโs MATTER
division, is equally direct about the commercial model the firm is pushing back against.
Pay-per-post and brand partnerships were a useful starting point for the
โ Vanessa DelMuro, Managing Partner, Glossary Artists
Creator Economy but they were never the end goal. That model prioritizes
moments, not careers. At Glossary Artists, weโre challenging it by helping
clients build original IP and self-sustaining ecosystems that convert years of
audience trust into ownership, longevity, and real cultural equity.
Itโs a philosophy already backed by proof of concept. The team has previously helped
launch LEDDA Fragrance (founded by beauty creator Stephanie Ledda), NYKZ Home
Fragrances (created by Nicole Guerrero), and LadyWorld โ a three-day destination
retreat and music festival developed in collaboration with The LadyGang podcasters
Keltie Knight, Becca Tobin, and Jac Vanek. These arenโt one-off brand deals. Theyโre
creator-owned ventures built for lasting cultural relevance.
The Team Behind the Firm
The breadth of expertise across Glossaryโs founding team is one of its most distinctive
features. Kimberly Duman, a Managing Partner who began her career at LA Models and
later rose to VP of U.S. Entertainment at YMU and Managing Director at TalentX,
brings nearly two decades of experience spanning fashion, digital, and entertainment.
Amanda Erwin, Managing Director, built her career at StyleHaul and Relatable before
moving into talent management at YMU and TalentX, with a particular focus on beauty
and lifestyle across U.S., U.K., European, and Asian markets.
Haley Henning, another Managing Director, brings a background rooted in
entertainment and live events โ she began her career at Live Nation and ICM Partners
before becoming Senior Director of U.S. Social at YMU Group. Her approach,
relationship-driven and focused on long-term value over short-term visibility, is
emblematic of the firmโs overall ethos.
Amber Howard, Managing Partner, leads Glossaryโs gaming division after a career that
included running on-air talent at NFL Network (overseeing Super Bowl operations),
talent relations at IMG, and a move into esports via Warner Brothersโ Machinima. Sheโs
now focused on bridging the gap between gaming, beauty, and lifestyle โ a territory that
remains largely unexplored by traditional management firms.
A Roster Built for Scale
Alongside its launch, Glossary Artists announced five high-profile signings that signal
the firmโs ambitions across multiple verticals.
Emmy Award-winning TV host and New York Times bestselling author Keltie Knight โ
best known as lead host at E! News, co-creator of the LadyGang podcast (over 300
million downloads), and creator and executive producer of CBSโs SUPERFAN โ joins
the roster alongside her long-time manager Haley Henning. Knightโs quote underscores
what distinguishes Glossaryโs approach at the individual talent level.

Haley, my talent manager, has been an extraordinary partner in my career for
โ Keltie Knight, TV Host & Podcast Personality
more than a decade. Sheโs helped generate high six figures in brand
sponsorships for our LADYWORLD festival and has played a key role in the
continued success of our podcasts, book tours, and social partnerships. What
truly sets Glossary Artists apart is the level of care and precision they bring to
the work. Haleyโs attention to detail makes me feel like Iโm her only client, and
she has an incredible instinct for understanding both my career and the bigger
picture of the business.
Also joining the roster: Sir John Barnett, the globally recognized celebrity makeup artist
and creative director whose two-decade career spans Beyoncรฉ, Zendaya, and countless
international brand campaigns, and who currently serves as Creative Director for
Medicube. Sir Johnโs signing reflects Glossaryโs aim to work at the highest levels of
beauty and culture simultaneously.

As my career evolves, it was important for me to align with a team that
โ Sir John Barnett, Creative Director & Celebrity MUA
understands the intersection of artistry, culture, and business. Glossary Artists
shares my vision for expanding creative work while building something
enduring and impactful. Iโm excited for what weโll create together.
In sports, Alycia โThe Bombโ Baumgardner โ Unified Super Featherweight World
Champion and a global face of Most Valuable Promotions โ brings a story that goes well
beyond the ring. Her December 2025 fight drew 15 million global viewers on Netflix,
and sheโs set to headline Madison Square Garden on April 17, 2026, in a landmark
multi-year broadcast partnership with ESPN.

Boxing is my foundation, but my trajectory has always been about
โ Alycia Baumgardner, Unified Super Featherweight World Champion
transcending the ring. Iโm a multifaceted individual, and my mission is to show
that you can be an elite athlete while building a strong presence in business and
marketing. This next chapter is about being unstoppable in every arena.
Rounding out the new signings are Jenn Lueke, the New York Times bestselling
cookbook author and food creator who ranks among the top seven Food & Beverage
creators on Substack, and Michael Clifford, lead guitarist of 5 Seconds of Summer and
solo artist, who joins for gaming-related partnerships following his 2025 solo debut,
Sidequest.

The Glossary Artists team has consistently pushed me to excel. Managing the
โ Jenn Lueke, NYT Bestselling Author & Food Creator
everyday small details while also prioritizing big-picture growth and impact is
not easy, but the team has helped me do both, plus find opportunities I never
would have known or even thought of.
Beyond its new signings, Glossaryโs existing roster includes beauty influencers Mariale
Marrero (15.2M YouTube subscribers) and Carli Bybel (11.36M total social reach),
professional hairstylist Eric Vaughn (1.5M social reach), pop culture host Hannah Kosh
(1.7M social reach), gaming creator Andrew โSigilsโ Givler (2.1M social reach), and
culinary creator Tim Laielli (2.7M social reach, currently appearing on Foxโs Next Level
Chef).
Where the Industry Is Heading
Glossary Artists arrives at a moment when the creator economy is undergoing
significant structural change. Brand deals and sponsored posts remain central to the
business, but the most forward-thinking voices in talent management have long
recognised that this model has a ceiling. Audience trust, built over years of consistent
content creation, is a durable asset โ but only if itโs converted into something more than
impressions and campaign fees.
Thatโs the gap Glossary is explicitly designed to fill: a firm with the institutional
expertise of a major agency and the creator-first philosophy of a boutique. Platform agnostic in its approach, long-term in its outlook, and structured to give both managers
and clients the autonomy to build careers that compound over time rather than peak
with a single viral moment.
For an industry still calibrating what sustainable creator careers actually look like,
Glossary Artists is offering a clear answer โ and a team that has already started building
it.
