HLD Talent has welcomed back a familiar face as the agency announces the inception of Luxe Commercial Talent Management, the boutique agency founded by Gabriella Tailford. Gabriella has re-joined HLD as a Talent Manager, bringing with her the roster she built during her time running Luxe — including Glow By Chloe and Lexi Jenkinson — along with the knowledge, intuition, and commercial experience gained from leading her own agency.
Gabriella previously spent two years at HLD, where she made a significant impact across both client work and wider agency culture. After launching Luxe Commercial Talent Management and enjoying the independence and creativity that came with running her own agency, she felt ready to be part of a larger team again – one where collaboration, growth, and shared ambition could push her work even further.
On HLD’s side, the partnership aligns with the agency’s continued focus on empowering female talent and female leaders. Strengthening their team with women who drive both commercial and creative growth remains a key priority, and Gabriella’s return reflects that commitment.
CEO Hannah Holland said:
“We are excited to welcome back Gabs to HLD, she was loved by both the team and talent and achieved a great deal with us. Gabs has since gone on to work at other agencies and founded her own, we welcome her back with open arms and look forward to the knowledge and experience she brings with her which will only be additive to HLD and our clients.”
Cherish Allen, Growth Officer, added:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Gabriella back into the HLD Talent family. Since launching her own successful agency, she’s proven to be an exceptional leader with a strong instinct for growth and revenue strategy. The talent she manages reflects the same ambition and values that drive HLD’s mission. As we continue to expand into new verticals.”
Speaking on the move, Gabriella said:
“After an incredible 1.5 years running Luxe Commercial, I’m so excited to be re-joining HLD as part of this next chapter. Building Luxe was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, growing an amazing roster of talent and leading partnerships with incredible brands. Joining HLD now feels like the perfect next step, bringing that experience and energy into an agency with such creativity, ambition, and drive for the digital space.”
Gabriella’s return marks a moment of momentum for HLD as the agency continues to scale its offering, diversify its talent base, and invest in commercial growth across the digital landscape.
With Luxe Commercial Talent Management now aligned with HLD’s mission, the move strengthens the agency’s commitment to fostering female leadership and creating space for talent managers to thrive.
