Strategic Promotions at Insanity Group
Insanity Group has elevated Courtenay Mann and Ed Griffiths to Talent Director roles within its London-based entertainment division. The promotions are effective immediately and mark an important moment in the agency’s evolution as it deepens its senior leadership structure.
The announcement was first reported by Deadline in a piece by journalist Max Goldbart.
Mann has been with Insanity for nearly ten years, representing high-profile presenters such as Yinka Bokinni, Sian Eleri, and Kemi Rodgers, as well as Channel 4 explorer and documentary maker Lucy Shepherd.
Her prior agency experience includes time at First Artists and James Grant (now YMU), where she managed clients including Richard Branson, Alison Hammond, and Greg James.
Griffiths joined Insanity in 2019 and has since built a talent roster featuring Zara McDermott, Jo Whiley, journalist and beauty expert Sali Hughes, Channel 4 food presenter Ravneet Gill, and Louise Boyce (aka Mama Still Got It).
Insanity’s current roster includes Maya Jama, Roman Kemp, Vick Hope, Mollie King, and Sam Thompson.
Speaking on the promotions, Insanity CEO Andy Varley told Deadline:
“Courtenay and Ed have played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of some of the most exciting talent in the UK. Their leadership, instinct, and commitment to the long game make them invaluable members of the team.
Andy Varley
As Insanity continues to grow, it’s vital that we build a strong senior management structure that not only supports our clients, but also empowers and develops the next generation of talent managers.”
