The Role
- Support the day-to-day management of broadcasters, athletes and creators
- Liaise between talent, brands, agencies and other industry contacts
- Manage incoming enquiries and assist with commercial bookings
- Oversee brand campaigns from initial brief through to completion
- Track contracts, deliverables, approvals and campaign deadlines
- Build strong relationships with both talent and clients
- Proactively identify relevant brand partnerships and commercial opportunities – before pitching talent
- Provide integral administrative and logistical support across the roster
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years experience within talent management or influencer marketing,
- An excellent understanding of brand partnerships and campaign delivery.
- Commercially aware, proactive and confident taking ownership.
- Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to progress within a growing agency.
