An impressive North West talent agency are looking for a Junior Talent Manager to join their growing team – representing creators and television personalities.
You will manage your own roster, secure brand partnerships and support talent across their day-to-day careers, while developing your experience within a collaborative and fast-paced agency environment.
The Role
- Manage and develop a roster of creators and television personalities.
- Handle incoming brand enquiries and proactively source new opportunities too
- Negotiate fees and commercial terms on behalf of talent.
- Manage brand partnerships & campaigns from pitching, through to execution
- Compile post-campaign reports & analysis – providing insights to brands, agencies & talent
- Coordinate contracts, content approvals, deliverables and deadlines
- Develop individual strategies to support each talent’s commercial growth
- Identify opportunities across brand partnerships, events and wider media
The Ideal Candidate
- 1 + years experience within talent management, influencer marketing or the wider creator economy
- A real passion for creators and entertainment – and a knowledge of talent-led brand partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Proactive, personable and confident managing multiple priorities
- Ambitious and keen to develop a long-term career within talent management
