Salary: £28,000-£30,000
An exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Talent Assistant to join a boutique talent agency, supporting a roster of athletes, sports creators and broadcasters.
Working closely with the talent management team, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the roster and oversee the delivery of brand partnership campaigns, keeping talent organised and ensuring commitments are delivered smoothly.
The Role
- Support talent managers across a varied sports and fitness roster.
- Act as a regular point of contact for talent, coordinating diaries, meetings, travel and schedules.
- Oversee brand partnership campaigns from briefing through to delivery, tracking content approvals, deadlines and deliverables.
- Outreach to brands on behalf of talent – before negotiating partnerships and deliverables
- Prepare pitch decks, talent profiles and presentation materials
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, bookings and campaign activity
- Coordinate arrangements for events, shoots, filming and appearances
About You
- 1–2 years’ experience in a talent-facing role, ideally within talent management or influencer marketing.
- A proven track record of overseeing and delivering brand partnership campaigns.=
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident juggling multiple campaigns, schedules and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with talent and brands
- A keen interest in sports, fitness and the creator landscape
- A proactive, personable approach and willingness to get involved across a boutique team
