L-R: Rebekka Taylor, Jessie Brooks, Josie Mackie
Off Limits Group (OLG) has announced three senior appointments as part of its next stage of growth – welcoming Rebekka Taylor as Head of Entertainment, Jessie Brooks as Head of Brand Partnerships, and Josie Mackie as Head of Legal & Business Affairs.
The move marks a major milestone for the talent management and influencer marketing agency, as it rebrands from Off Limits Entertainment to OLG: Off Limits Group, unveiling a new corporate identity and the launch of OLG Studios – a creative hub dedicated to talent-led content production.
Founder Chris Drake said the appointments reflect the agency’s evolving ambitions:
Over the last eight years, Off Limits has grown by leaps and bounds, thanks to our exceptional team and stand-out clients. With Rebekka, Jessie and Josie joining us, we’re now hugely expanding our ambition – both for the stellar clients we already represent, and for the talent and brands we’re ready to meet.
– Chris Drake, Founder of OLG
Rebekka Taylor, who joins from YMU Group after eight years as a Talent Director in its Global Entertainment Division, brings deep experience across TV and social.
As the worlds of traditional entertainment and social continue to converge, my experience feels perfectly aligned with an agency that’s been ahead of the curve from day one. It’s a real joy to be joining such a dynamic team, with an ambitious roster and forward-thinking approach. Now we can set the pace together.
– Rebekka Taylor, Head of Entertainment at OLG
Jessie Brooks joins from Golin, where she served as VP Director of Influencers & Partnerships, overseeing multimillion-pound campaigns for brands such as ASICS, LEGO, Magnum, and Specsavers.
I worked on the brand side of influencer marketing for nearly a decade, and Off Limits was the realest talent agency to work with. Now I’ve joined the team, we can ignite a new level of connection between talent and brands – and accelerate the results for everyone.
– Jessie Brooks, Head of Brand Partnerships at OLG
Josie Mackie, previously Legal Director at YMU Group, will lead Legal & Business Affairs after nearly 20 years working across media, music, and entertainment. Her experience includes advising clients such as Claudia Winkleman, Matt Lucas, and Gary Barlow, alongside previous roles at BMG, IE Music and the BBC.
The trio’s combined expertise across entertainment, brand partnerships, and legal strategy signals a new era for OLG, one that cements its position as a major player at the intersection of social, entertainment, and sport.
With an impressive roster including Tasha Ghouri, Tony Bellew, Kit Brown, Jesy Nelson, and Chris Hughes, OLG continues to grow as one of the UK’s most dynamic agencies shaping the creator and entertainment landscape.
