Renova: A New Talent Agency Built on Trust, Integrity and Community

Founder Rosie Whooley, introduces Renova, a people-first talent management agency rethinking how creators and brands work together.

A new talent management agency has officially entered the influencer industry, with a clear mission to rebalance how creators and brands work together.

Founded by Rosie Whooley, Renova launches with a people-first approach to management, placing trust, authenticity and long-term creator growth at the centre of everything it does.

With over four years of experience across the influencer ecosystem, Rosie began her career as a talent assistant before progressing to director level at her previous agency. During that time, she worked closely with creators and brands alike, managing macro talent through major career milestones including book deals, while also leading influencer campaigns for global brands such as HOKA and Marriott International.

Having operated on both sides of the industry, Rosie developed a deep understanding of how brands make decisions internally, alongside how creators can collaborate with them in a way that feels genuinely authentic. Relationship-building quickly became a core strength, with a focus on long-term partnerships rather than short-term wins.

Renova was founded in response to a growing shift within the creator economy. As the industry scales, the gap between community-led influence and transactional, margin-driven campaigns has widened. Audiences are more discerning than ever, trust is harder to earn, and brands are increasingly questioning how to create meaningful impact through influencer marketing.

It’s within this landscape that Renova was born.

The agency is built on the belief that trust is the most valuable currency in influencer marketing. Renova aims to equip creators with the tools, guidance and commercial expertise they need to stand out in an increasingly crowded space, while retaining full ownership of their voice, content and values.

“What sets Renova apart is its management philosophy,” says Rosie.

“What sets Renova apart is its management philosophy. Our ethos is to create a safe, positive, wholesome environment where our talent can flourish. We champion content autonomy, but pairing it with tailored strategy, brand partnerships and commercial projects that align with each creator’s long-term goals. Renova’s culture is intentionally open, honest and approachable – making sure everyone affiliated with Renova feels comfortable and in safe hands.”

Renova’s goal is to provide holistic management to its clients, blending strategic support with commercial insight to position each creator as a leading voice within their niche. By combining content autonomy with considered brand partnerships and long-term planning, the agency aims to help creators build sustainable, meaningful careers rather than short-lived visibility.

The agency’s initial roster is currently being finalised. Creators who are actively looking for management are encouraged to get in touch to explore whether Renova could be the right fit.
