Job of the Week: Senior Talent Manager – Broadcast

Build and lead a new broadcast division at an international boutique talent agency. £40,000–£45,000 + commission, London-based and mostly remote.

An international boutique talent agency is hiring a Senior Talent Manager to build and lead their broadcast division. If you’ve spent the last five years representing talent across unscripted and digital sectors, and you’ve got the network to prove it, this is a rare chance to shape a completely new arm of the agency with genuine autonomy over strategy, roster growth, and long-term direction.

Digital creators aren’t staying in one lane anymore. They’re moving between YouTube, podcasts, television, radio, factual entertainment, and everything in between. And someone needs to be the strategist who sees those transitions coming.

This Senior Talent Manager role is looking for exactly that person—someone who can bridge the digital-first creator world with traditional broadcast, and build an entire division around it.

You won’t be inheriting a legacy division held back by outdated playbooks. You’re building something from scratch, with real autonomy over the broadcast strategy, the roster you develop, and the direction the agency takes this whole thing. That’s genuinely rare.

The Day-to-Day Reality

You’ll devise the agency’s broadcast talent strategy and implement it across their entire roster. That means identifying digital creators who could move into television, radio, factual entertainment, or podcasting—and actually making those moves happen.

You’ll manage a roster of broadcast talent: TV and radio presenters, factual personalities, emerging on-air talent. You’ll hunt for new talent to sign, building the agency’s presence in traditional entertainment. You’ll pitch their talents proactively for presenting roles, factual entertainment gigs, reality TV, podcast hosting, radio slots, and event appearances.

You’ll build and maintain real relationships with broadcasters, production companies, commissioners, casting teams, and brands. You’ll negotiate contracts and commercial terms. You’ll develop long-term career strategies that extend beyond what your talent are already doing. And you’ll identify new revenue streams for both the talent and the wider agency.

There’s also a team element: you’ll line manage and develop a team of Agents and Junior Agents, and work collaboratively across the agency’s digital talent, brand partnerships, and senior leadership.

This isn’t a template job. You’re the strategist, the deal-maker, and the builder.

About The Agency

An international boutique talent agency with ambitions to significantly expand its presence in broadcast and traditional entertainment. They already represent strong digital talent—now they want to build a dedicated broadcast division with someone who has the network, the judgment, and the drive to scale it from day one.

Why It’s Worth Applying For

  • Real ownership — You’re building a division, not managing an existing book. Your strategy shapes how broadcast develops at this agency.
  • Serious earning potential — £40,000–£45,000 + commission structure that rewards deal-making
  • Established network requirement — They want someone who brings real relationships across broadcasters, production companies, and commissioners. This is the actual currency of the role.
  • Multi-hyphenate talent — You’ll work with creators evolving into broadcast, established TV and radio personalities, and emerging on-air talent across genres
  • Autonomy — You’re proactive, well-connected, and able to operate with genuine independence
  • Team leadership — Develop junior agents and build out your department
  • Hybrid working — London-based, mostly remote
  • Broader opportunities — Access to IP development, events, podcasting, and wider entertainment ventures

How To Apply

If you’ve got five years representing talent across unscripted and digital, an established network you can leverage, and the commercial acumen to close deals and negotiate contracts, this is your move.
